This vacuum hot press furnace is primarily designed for academic and research institutions, specializing in high-temperature vacuum sintering processes. This advanced equipment excels in processing various materials, including inorganic compounds, cemented carbides, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy products. It’s particularly valuable for conducting small-scale sintering performance tests under precisely controlled conditions. This furnace enables enhanced material densification and offers versatile processing capabilities, supporting hot pressing and protective atmosphere sintering operations.

Vacuum Hot Press Furnace Features

• The heating element could be selected according to the difference of the hot press temperature and vacuum level. The resistance module is suitable for below 1200℃ and the graphite heater is suitable for over 1200℃.
• The press range is adjustable below 5 tons, so it can be used for small sample sintering and hot pressing to avoid resource waste.
• Ranging by a grating ruler with high accuracy to 0.02mm.
• PLC+ touch screen: temperature control + voltage regulator + high current transformer closed-loop control, automatic temperature tracking, all actions are completed by PLC. Touch screen combined with PLC to complete operational actions, and real-time monitoring of the furnace’s various operating conditions, temperature, vacuum, and displacement data can be displayed and recorded in real-time and can be downloaded, and the data curve can be viewed in real-time.
• W-Re thermocouple at low temperature and infrared thermocouple for high temperature. The W-Re thermocouple will be auto-quit at high temperatures.
