This Vacuum Graphite Furnace is a periodic operation type, that adopts the graphite tube as the heating element, it’s suitable for sintering metal materials and inorganic non-metallic materials in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. lt can also be used to roast and purify optical materials.
Vacuum Graphite Furnace Features
- Graphite heating element, max. temperature can be 2200℃.
- The furnace shell’s inner layer is polished stainless steel, the outer layer is carbon steel, double layers of water cooling structure.
- The furnace shell has an observation hole, which can be used to observe the heating situation in the chamber.
- HMl adopts an HD touch screen, a built-in operating system developed by our company.
- PLC automatic control system.eAdopt W-Re thermocouple and infrared thermometer to measure temperature, W-Re thermocouple goes in and out automatically.
