The advanced vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace features an integrated vacuum system that initiates with chamber evacuation. The system introduces a precisely controlled mixture of high-purity gases – including nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen – through calibrated flow meters after thorough deoxidation and dehydration processes. This furnace enables various heat treatment operations, including degreasing, sintering, and annealing, all conducted under carefully controlled atmospheric conditions. The furnace can be enhanced with additional capabilities, such as a partial pressure control system, oil cooling mechanism, and comprehensive collection system, particularly beneficial during degreasing operations.
